Driving Forward Together: Axiom and Rivian’s Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability
Rivian, an existing customer of Axiom Group Inc., recently closed its exclusivity agreement with Amazon in the development of the Electric Delivery Van (EDV). Rivian is preparing to begin production of its Electric Commercial Van (ECV), a more generic electric work vehicle available for purchase to any customer within the USA.
Amazon committed to purchase 100,000 EDVs from Rivian by 2030, and Axiom will proudly continue to supply the Rear Step with an “Amazon Blue” Anti-Slip Friction Pad. In the meantime, Axiom is preparing to supply the ECV Rear Step with a Bright Yellow Anti-Slip Friction Pad. The EDV and ECV are assembled in Rivian’s Normal, IL plant.
