Axiom Group has been a fixture in the North American automotive industry for over 30 years. Founded in 1987, Axiom Group started with a single thermoplastic injection molding facility in Aurora, Ontario. Today, Axiom services clients from three international hubs and has grown to offer vertically integrated support with product design, development, testing, tooling/mold-making, production and assembly services to customers worldwide.

Perry Rizzo
is the leading founder and CEO of Axiom Group Inc., an innovative force in the
automotive industry since its establishment in 1987. With over three decades of
hands-on experience, Perry has been instrumental in steering Axiom to the
forefront of technological innovation, adopting World Class Manufacturing
methodologies, and spearheading cutting-edge engineering solutions.

Ananth Pathmanathan
is the Vice President of Operations at Axiom Group, where he oversees all
aspects of operational performance including efficiency, continuous
improvement, and profit and loss management. With over 23 years of experience
at Axiom, Ananth has developed deep expertise across all areas of the business,
playing a key role in its growth and success.
Richard Ishii
VP OF SALES & MARKETING
Richard Ishii started
his career in purchasing at Isuzu Motors in Japan and held sales, marketing and
business development positions in global tier-one suppliers in North America
and Asia, including 15 years at Magna International and 11 years at ABC Technologies.
He has been with Axiom Group for 4 years.

VP OF FINANCE
Pranjal Suthar is a seasoned financial executive with over
20 years of global experience in financial management, corporate strategy,
M&A, and business development across North America and Asia. Pranjal brings
deep expertise in driving sustainable growth, having led initiatives that have
delivered over $1 billion in strategic improvements and executed M&A
transactions exceeding $250 million. Pranjal has helped raise more than $150
million in growth capital across various industries.
